Please feel free to use the Property Search function as often as you like. You can save a search so the the area and search parameters are there for you next time.

You can also use the search for sold homes in the area you want to buy in, to see what others have been paying recently (within the last 6 mo.).

When you have found a house you like, you give me a call.
We’ll go take a look together to see if it fits your needs.

(The listing agent works for the seller, and your interests may be better served by a buyer’s agent/broker. It does not cost you, the buyer, a thing, its already part of the listing agreement. )
How much house you can afford is largely dependent on how much money you have to put down and how large of a loan payment you are comfortable with. I will be happy to quickly do that calculation for you.

If you need a loan to buy a house it is a very good idea to be pre-qualified for that loan. I can do that for you.
To be pre-qualified makes your offer much more solid in the eyes of the seller. In a multiple offer situation it may make you the winner. For bank owned homes it is often a seller requirement.
(And for those buyers who are unable to get a loan from a bank, there are other solutions.)
