If you are an investor you are driven more by financial analysis and projections rather than the emotional response you would have to a home for yourself.
I have experience as a former renovator, or “flipper”, and a former landlord. I have bought and sold single family investments as well as multifamily and commercial buildings.
I do find very good investments in my review of properties on the market.
Some are suited for long term holding, some would work to just quickly renovate and sell. There are also some special owner finance options that are geared towards investors.
